Congress official languages
The official languages of the congress are Croatian and English. Simultaneous translation is not provided.

Congress office
Congress office will be available every day from 8:00 am till 6:00 pm. Computers (PC) with LCD projector will be provided for all lectures.
Lecturers should provide their lecture in form of Power point presentation on USB media to the respective hall, not later than 15 minutes before the beginning of the symposia in which they participate.

Congress badges
All participants have to wear their badges throughout the Congress. Only participants with appropriate badges will be able to attend lectures.

Turquoise – participants
Purple –accompanying person
Red – lecturers and chairs
Yellow –congress organizers
Dark blue – sponsors
Green – exhibitors
Grey – other staff

Certificate of attendance
Certificates of attendance will be issued at the registration desk starting from Friday, 25 September 2015 after settling all financial dues towards congress organizer.

Cloakroom
A cloakroom for all congress participants is not available. However, should there be a need for storage room; participants can leave their heavier belongings at the Congress office (posters, personal computers etc).
